In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Chippewa Avenue
from West Wyoming Street to West Winona Street and by doing all other work which is
necessary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 24861$ approv� Aaril 29, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Chippewa Avenue from West Wyoming
Street to West Winona Street and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
to complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sfdewalks now -
exist, �
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $- 3-80 per lin ft for a 5' wide walk
$ 4.6U per li.n ft for a 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 21st day of
Ju�3r, - �970 , $t the hour of 10 o'elock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time �nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total c;ost thereof as estimated.
