The Council of the City of St. Paul having received t�ie report of the Commisaioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report,..hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the sa�e is her�by approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the ino.p�rovement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the north side of Page Street fso�� BidKell S��eet tc� <, : : '' "

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.80 per lin ft for a 5' wide walk ,
: $ 4.60 per lin ft �or a 6' �fde�walk
Resolved �urther, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on thp 21st day of
Julv,. 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M:, in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance:�ive notice of �
said meeting`;to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
r:,. ' hearing, the na.ture of the improvement and the total co,st thereof as estimated.
