COMMISSIONER
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the
Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of
July 9, 1969, pertaining to the property located at 477 Holly
owned by Louise McElmury and described as:
Except � of Lot 16, all of Lot 17, Block 14,
Woodland Park Addition;
waiving the requirement of Section 34.01, Section 54. 07 and
Section 54.13 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that no space
in any cellar shall be used for occupancy or sleeping purposes
on condition that no more than one tenant occupy the basement
apartment at said property; and be it
FURTHER RESOL�TED, that such waiver be granted until su'ch
time as the property at 477 Holly be sold or any other right,
title or interest be transferred at which time said waiver be
nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey
County Register of Deeds.
