OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PR�ENTED BY COMMISSIONE � DATF RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of June 11, 1969, pertaining to the property located at 1405 Payne Avenue, owned by Mrs. Opal Morgan and described as: North 4 ' Lot 2, all of Lot 1, Block 1, Mandehr's Addition waiving the requirement of Section 34.01 and Section 54.13 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that no space in any cellar shall be used for sleeping purposes Qn. co�dition that no more than one tenant occupy the basement apartment at said property; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time as the property at 1405 Payne Avenue be sold or any other right, title or interest be transferred at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Register of Deeds.
