COM M I551 ON EIL DATF
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Hous-
ing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of November
12, 1969, pertaining to the property located at 1414-1416 Engle-
wood Avenue, owned by John A. Gulbranson and described as:
Except South 50 ' West 67 ' of East 147 ' of Lot 2, Block 18
College Place East Division;
waiving the requirement of Section 54.15 (3) of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code that no wood frame dwelling be occupied above
the second floor except where the original construction pro-
vided for such type of occupancy on condition that no more than
one family occupy the third floor and on condition that all
other Housing and Bmilding Code standards of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code be complied with and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such
time as the property at 1414-1416 Englewood Ave, be sold or
any other right, title or interest be transferred at which
time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey
County Register of Deeds.
