OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PR�ENTED BY � COMMISSIONE �►TF RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of Feburary 11, 1970 pertaining to the property located at 1737 Bush Avenue, owned by Nicholas A. Kraft and described as: East � of Lot 17, West � of Lot 19, all of Lot 18, waiving the requirement of Section 54.11 (2) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a lavatory in the same room as the water closet on condition that all other Housing and Building Code standards of the Saint Paul Legislative Code be complied with; and be it FURTHER RESOL�TED, that such waiver be granted until such time as the property at 1737 Bush be sold or any other right, title or interest be transferred at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Register of Deeds.
