IIVCORPORATED for the total contract price of approximately $7,500.00 (plus freight
charges of $1.91 per cwt from shipping point of Covington, Virginia) , in accordance
with bid specifications and Formal Bid �4156, such bid being the lowest, and said
Lyon Chemicals , Incorporated being a responsible bidder.
