WHEREAS, Qrdinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment f or overtime work, and
WHERF�iS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized o�vertime work in the Water Department during the
period from May 30, 1970 to June 12,1970: therefore be it
RF,aOLV�, that the proper City ofEicers are hereby author-
ized to pay the empl oyees who perf ormed such overtime work in
accordence with the pro�visions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
