RESOLVID, That the Council hereby approves the awaxd of the Contract
Committee for furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary or
���idental to pavement repair on RZARYLAND AVENUE from Supornick Lane to
Herbert Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the Department of Public Utilities,
Water Department, to ARMOR-COAT COMPANY, INC. for the contract price of
(Project Tota1) $16,3�+2.g0 in accordance with the plans and specifications
and Formal Bid #�+128 of said Armor-Coat Company, Inc. , such bid being the
lowest and said Armor-Coat Company, Inc. being a responsible bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
