WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul , by its
Resolution, Council File No. 248860 approved May 15 , 19'70,
vacated a portion of Walsh Street and as a condition to said
vacation required the petitioner to dedicate for street pur-
poses Lots 10 and 11 and the Westerly 20 feet of Lots 9 and
12 , Block 55 , Arlington Hills Addition to Saint Paul ; and
WHEREAS, The petitioner, Theodore Hamm Brewing Company,
has presented a Grant of Easement for street purposes pursuant
to the above-referenced vacation resolution, which Grant of
Easement has been approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel ;
now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept dedication of the above-described property for
street purposes, and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed
to record the original Grant of Easement in the office of the
Register of Deeds.
