signed and Meivin LipschuLtz, who is the present owner of the ticense.
The license witi remain at the same iocation where I have entered '
into a tease agreement for the premises. •
The reason for Mr. Lipschultz's name rema.ining on the License is
for security purposes. His name wiit be removed when I have paid
him in futi pursuant to our agreement. "
