RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves
the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review
for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at
its meeting of June 10, 1970� pertaining to the property
located at 548 South Cretin aaid owned by Guy Chase waiving
Section 33.04 (3) and Section 33. 04 (2) of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code pertaining to side and rear yard lot
requirements�permitting construction of a garage one (1)
foot from the side and rear lot lines of said property
according: to the plan as submitted, a copy of which mark-
ed EXHIBIT "A" , is attached hereto and made a part of
by reference, such waiver being granted on the basis of
written statements, received by the Saint Paul Board of
Appeals from adjoining property owners affected, indicat-
ing that they have no objection to such a plan.
