under Prel.iminary Order 248155 approvec� April 1, 1970
The Council of the City of S� Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above unprovement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
; 1. That the sa,id repoxt and the s�me is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to grade aad surface with bituminous material the alley in Block 5, Haze1 Park Plat
B from Van Dyke Street to Hazel Street. Also construct a sewer for stormw�ter purposes
in an easement to be obtained on, under and across the East 4 feet in said B1oak 5,
(G -1948)
with no altsrnatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $_7 070.00
Resolved Fnrther, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 14th day of
July, 1970 , at the hour of 14 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of tHe Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of S�. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total oo�t thereof as estimated.
