The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commisaioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is her�by approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to aondemn and take an easemeat for the purpose of construct.ing and mainCaining a
public sewer on, under and acros� the �as� .4 �t, of.�ot_ 5, B11�. 5, Haael PBrk Plat B
from the alley to Magnolia Ave. Also taking and condemming a temporary easement for
construction purposes on the west 8 ft, of Lot 4 in said Bloek 5, and the west 8 f�.
of the east 12 ft. of Lot 5, in said Blk. 5. Also, condemning and t aking ,an easemen�

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the Y4th day of
July, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance �ive notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as eatimated.
