RESOLVED, tha.t pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Industrial Commission dated June 12, 1970, Clarence Kubiszewski
be paid the sum of $381.00 out of the Workmen' s Compensation
Aceount of the General Fund representing payment of 7 4/5 weeks
of compensation at the weekly rate of $45.00 and mileage
reimbursement of $30.00
FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the above compensation, the
City of Saint Paul shall deduct and pay directly to Robins,
Davis & Lyons , employee' s attorneys , the sum of $95.00 for
attorney's fees herein; that when the above payments have been
ma.de, it sha.11 constitute a full, final and complete settlement
of any claim under the Worlun,en' s Compensation Law by Clarence
Kubiszewski against the City of Saint Paul for compensation
to and including April 24, 1970, by reason of injuries he
received on December 12, 1955 and December 27, 1958, while
employed by the Department of Public Works.
