RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereb,y
accept dedication� of street over:
All that part of Lots 5 to 12 inclusive, Block 44,
Lyman Dayton's Addition 1y�ng Southwesterly of the
following described lines Commencing at the most
Southerly corner of said 61ock 44, thence North-
westerly along the Southwesterly line of said Block
44 a distance of 36 feet more or iess to the angle
point in said Block 44, being the point of beginning
of the line herein described; thence continuinq along
aforesaid line extended a distance of 130 feet more
or less to the point of intersection with a line
����+ �40 feet Northeasterly of and at right angles and
parallel to the Southwesterly line of said Block 44;
thence Northwesterly along said para,llel line a
distance of 242 feet more or less to an intersection
point on the Soutf�easterly line of said Lot 12, thence
Westerly a distance of 175 feet, more or less, to
the most 4lesterly corner of said Block 44 and there
termi nati ng;
and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to file the original deed
of dedication in the office of the Register of Deeds.
