approved July 26, 1957, as amended by Ordinance No. 12541, Council File No. 214288,
approved August 27, 1963, the annual sewer maintenance charges to be mad.e in 1970
against the following commnercial, industrial, and residen�ial properties other than
single and two-family dwellings, which axe located in the Village of Landfall, Washington
County, and which are connected to the Saint Paul Sewer System, be and hereby are
