That the petitioner's, their successors and assigns shall pay $1,200.00 as an administrative fee for this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the effective date of this resolution. That a permanent utility easement shali be retained protect the interest of Xcel Energy Gas Distribution for existing facilities in the vacated area. That a permanent utility easement shall be retained to protect the interest of Qwest Communications for existing facilities in the vacated uea. That a permanent utility easement sha11 be retained to protect the interest of A.T.&T. Broadband for existing facilities in the vacated area. That a permanent utility easement shall be retained to protect the interest of MCIWOLRDCOM, Incorporated for existing facilities in the vacated area. 6. At the direction of the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, Traffic Division, that access from Rice Street to the vacated area will be right-turn only and access to Rice Street from the vacated azea will be right-tum only. 7. E�ibit `B" Standard Easement Provisions Board of Water Commissioners Revisio� date: February 8, 2002 That a permanent utiliry easement shall be retained on, over, under and across the vacated uea on behalf of the Boazd of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul to reserve the right of the Board to maintain and operate any water facility in or upon said easement and to enter upon said easement, or any portion thereof, at any time and from time to time, for the purposes of future construction, reconshuction, inspection, maintenance or repair of the same, or any part thereo£ Said utility easement shall be subject to the following requirements: a. No buildings, structures, trees or any temporary structure, material storage, fixture, or any other objects which may prohibit normal access to water facilities for maintenance purposes will be pernutted within the easement azea. b.
