WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul together with the County of Ramsey presently
has a "Use Estate Deed" to certain tax-forfeited lands adjoining the old
Ancker Hospital site described as follows:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 15, Sloan's Subdivision of the South 1/2 of
Block 15, of Stinson, Brown, and Ramsey's Addition to the City of
St. Paul
Lot 5, Block 4, Watson and Rice's Subdivision "C"
Lot l, Cullen Place
and
WHEREAS, said lands are no longer necessary to the City of St. Paul and
the County of Ramsey because of the sale of the old Ancker Hospital Site to the
Independent School District No. 625
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby
directed to execute the attached "Reconveyance of Forfeited Lands to the State
of Minnesota by Governmental Subdivisions," as provided by Minnesota Statutes,
Section 281.25.

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subdivision 1, the STATE OF
