The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon t�he above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resol�es:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the west side of Dousman St. frc�m Michig�n St, to
Sup�rior: St. and fram Superior 3t. to Goodhue St. and on both sides of Dousnan
St. fran Goodhue St. to Banfil St, and by doir� a71 other work which is necessary
and incidental to camplete said improvement� except where good and snfficient pnured
sidewalks now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $- 3•$4 Per lin. f't, for 5 ft. walk
$ 4.60 per lin. f"t. for 6 ft. walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1�� day of
April� 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the CounciT Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
