The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, nereby re$olves:
1.� That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That �he nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is ' �
to reconstruct the sidewalk on 'both sidea of Milton St. i'ram B�yard Ave. to Tascarora
Ave, and 'by doing all other work whieh is n��tgssary and incidental �o comg�ete.said; '
