The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, �nd having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement -
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruet the sideRalk on both sides of Ch�,tsworth St. Pran� Slneff'er Av�, ta-
Bayard Ave. and by doing a11 other work which is necessary and incid�ntal to complete
sa3d improv�ment� except where good. and $ufPicient poured sidewal.ks now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ .� 80 Ber lin. ft. for 5 f"t. walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 11�th day of
April, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Gauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
