With the understanding that ail utility easements therein shall remain in place, the City of Saint Paul hereby
petitions to vacate City right-of-way interest in the following City owned lands:
Pazcel 1. That part of Ross Street lying easterly of a line from the southeast comer of Lot
19, Block 1, Aurora Addition to the northeast corner of Lot 12, Block 4, said
Aurora Addition and westerly of a line from the southeast corner of Lot 30, said

I recommend a public hearing before the City Council be held on August 27,-2003 to consider a
petirion to vacate:
