RE50LVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in
the matter of condemning and taking for the opening, widening
and extending o£ University Avenue, the following described
parcel:
Those par�s of the following: Lot 4 and that part
of Lot 5 lying east of Mississippi Street, all in
Block 1, Dayton' s Addition: Ackt. , within Addition
to the Town o£ St. Paul, lying southerly of a straight
line extending from a point on the East line of Migsissippi
� Street 15 feet north o� the North line of University Avenue
easterly to a point on the North line of University Avenue
171 feet east of the East line of Mississippi Street
measured on the North line of University Avenue, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of
the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota;
duly ratified by the Council, by Resolution known as Council File
No. 224521, adopted and approved July 20, 1965, that the award of
damages in the sum of $3,000.00 for the taking of the aforesaid
property shall be and hereby is increased so that the same shall
be and represent an award of damages in the amount of $4,000.00;

RES�LVED �'URTHER, That the award of damages as so increased
� shall be payable upon the presenttnent ot a proper warranty deed
o conveying title to the property to the City of Saint Paul and of a
W � dismissal of appeal in a form approved by the Corpora�ion Counsel;
