The repurchaser shall present and file a certificate of code co����liance with tne Director within six months from the date of County Board approval. The certificate o� cod2 compliance must be certified by an appropriate city official and must' indicate that the property has been inspected and that it conforms o�ith any ordinances, building and zoning latas applicable to the property.
