RESOLVED, that Clarence Hajney be paid the sum of $1,320.00
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of July 10 , 1968 ,
while employed by the Department ot Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings , whereby he suffered a 10� permanent partial
disability to the left leg; that of said sum, $1,320 .00 is now
due and payable.
