Tfie Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report; hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the"same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to r�construct the sidewalk and replace �ith integral curb at�d �idewalk on the sauth
side'of Grand Ave. fro� Ca�bridge St. to the west approxi�atelq 102 ft. and by
doins all other �ork which is necessary and incidental to conplete aaid ispravea�ent.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ £t. for 5' walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th , day oP
April, 1970 , , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Gourt
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
heaxin�g, the nature of the improvement and the total co�t thereof �,s estimated. �
