The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Comrnissioner of Finance
upo� the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
�. That the s�.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improyement
is h�eby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends'ia
to �reconstruct the aideWalk on both sides of Milton St. fran St. Clair Ava. to
�at�sount Ave. and bq doing all other vork which is necessary and incidental to
c�lete said i�provement, except Where good and sufficieat poured sidewalks ncrw
exist.
with no alternatives, and that the eatimated cost thereof is $ 3.80 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
$ 4.60 per lin. ft. for b' walk
: Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
�pri.1, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the.Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said:meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of �
hearj�ng, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. •
