under Preliminary Order 247388 approved February 10, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby o�dered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Saratoga St. fram Lincoln Ave. to
Grand Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incideatal to complete
said iffiprovement, except Where good and sufficient poured sidewalks no� exist,
with no al4yernatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is � 3.80 per l in. f t. for 5' �a lk
4.60 per lin. ft. for 6' walk
Resolv�2d Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the ` 9 th day of
April, 19�0 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
Houae and City fIall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of �nance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total co�t thereof as estimated.
