The Gouncil of the City of St. Paul having received the report .of the �ommis�ioner of Finance
upon the ,above improvement, and having considered said report, herek�y resolves:
L T�at the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
� is hereby.brdered to be proceeded with.
2. Tl�at the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to recotitr�ct the sidewalk on the east side of Avon St. from St. Clair Ave. to
Linwood live. and on both sides of Avon 3t. from LinNOOd Ave. to Fairisount Ave. aad

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
Apri1, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of '
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta�ing the time and place of
hearing, the na,ture of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
