The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of`Finance
upon the sbove improvement, and having considered said`report, hereby resolves: -
1. Tt�at the said report and the same is hereby approved and adogted, and the said improverne�t
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. T�at the nature of the improvement which the Couacil recommends is
to reconitruct the sidewalk on both sid�s of W. Wiaona St. fro� �herokee Ave. to
Otta�a e�I+e. �aad by doing all other work Which 'is aecessary and incidental to
co�plet�: said i�proveiaent, except where geod and anfficient ponred sid�walks naw
exis t.

Resoli►ed Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 8th , day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and pla�oe of
hearing, t�e nature of the improvement and the total c�ost thereof as estimated. '
