The Gpuncil of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the �bove improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same ia hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. Th;at the natnre of the improvement which the Council recommenda ia
to reconatruct tha sideWalk on bvth sides of E. Wqae�ing St. fro� Livia�stoa Ave. to
Robert St. and by doing �11 other Work Which is necesaary auci incid�ntal to aamplete
said i�np�ov�aest, except �ahere good. and sufficieat paured aidepalka ncya exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ 3:.80 per 1 in. f t. for 5' wa lk

Resolv�ed Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the $th day of
,�ril, 1$70 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Cammisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, ths nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof a� estimated.
