RESOLVED, that an extra in the amount of Two Thousand. Five
Hundred Seventy and 04/100 Dollars ($2, 570. 04) be allowed under
Contract No. L. -7180 between the City of Saint Paul and the Lovering
Construction Company, said contract for the Construction of Concord
Terrace Multi-Service Center and said extra to cover Mod.ification #15,
specifying additional tables and. benches in Room 101, said addition having
been requested by the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Pub.lic
Build.ings, and agreement made with the contractor, and a memorand.um
of said agreement having been filed. with the Comptroller and countersigned
by him. Charge to PIR 6000-603 to be reimbursed from Federal HUD
funds. Job #69-3.
