WIIEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment f or overtime work, and
WfiEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime work in the Water Department during the
period from Feb.21, 1970 to March 6, 1970: thereEore be it
&FsSOLDED, that the proper Citq officers are hereby suthor-
ized to pay the employees who perf ormed such overtime work in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
