Engineering, Inc. for a permit to install a 156-car parking lot
on the northeast corner of Eva Street and Plato Avenue. This
property is further described as: (see attached sheet)
This matter was considered at the February 5, 1970, Board
of Zoning meeting. The staff summarized their report noting
that with one agreed-to driveway change, the plans meet design
standards and have the approval of the Traffic Engineer.
Consequently, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of
this application by a 5-0 vote.
