Gentlemen:
Currently the Midway �nterprises, Inc. are holders of
On Sale Liquor License No. 7691, expiring January 31, 1971, at
1553 University nvenue.
The Ogficers of record are John J. Bigaouette, President
and Secretary; and Donald R. Orth� Vice-president and Treasurer.
Messrs. Bigaouette 2nd Orth are both stockholders in
the corporation.
Mr. Orth has resigned his offices and has no further
association with the cortioration.
At the present time the offices of Vice-president and
Treasurer are vacant.
By this action Mr. Bigaouette becomes the sole stockholder.
Attached is a copy of N`s. Orth's action, submitted by
his attorney.
