The Council of the City of St. Paul having received t e report of the Commisaxoner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said eport, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same ia hereby app�o�ed �nd adopted, and the said �improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. '
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Co�ncil recommends is
to coxstruct and�or reconstruct the sidewalk on �I °th sides of Mergare� St. f�am

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided b , the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost �hereof as estimated.
