. The Council oi�the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement�
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda ia
to reconstruct the side�alk on th� north side of Randolph Ave. from Davera St. to
Wheeler St., and by doinffi all other work wllich is nec�ssary and incideatal to coaplete
said iaprove�ent, except where gvod and sufficient paured sidewalks naw ex3.st.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is �3.80 p er 1 in. f t. for 5� walk
�4.60 per a. ft. for 6 walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1s t day of '
april� 197� , at the hour of 10 o'elock A.M., in the Courtcil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
