The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
. 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said'improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
- to recvnstruct the sidewalk on the south side of St. Anthony Avm. from X. Wilder
St. to N. Cleveland Ave. and by doing all other work vhich ia aece:sary amd ia-
cidental to complete said iaprovement, �xcept Where good and sufficient pcured
sidewalks no� exist.

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the igt day of
dpril, 197� , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
Houee and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to_the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereot as eatimated.
