The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improve�rient, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the CQUncil recommends is
to reconstract the sidewalk on both sides of Marahall Ave. tro� Fairview Ave. to
Deirey 3t. and by doing mll other vork which is aecessary aad`incid�stal' to co�plete
aaid itaproveaeat, except Where �;mod and sufficie�t �ogr�d sid�valks r�ow exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated oost thereof is $3•80 p�r lin. ft, for 5' walk

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 31a t day of
March, 197Q , , , at the hour of 10 d�lock A:M., in the Council Chamber of t�e .Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the m�nner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total co�t thereof as estimated.
