The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is her�by approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to rec�strnct tha sidewalk o� both sides of Sall Ave. frox Eelvidere St. to Curtice
St. and Ly doi�ffi all other work vhich is naeeasary a�d incidental to c�aprl�te said
isprove�eut, except where gvod and sufficieat ponred sideWalks sc�w �xi�t.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is 3.80 per lia. ft. for 5' Walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �ls t day of
March, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and �ity Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meetin� to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total coet thereof as estimated.
