Dear Mayor Byrne:
The Saint Paul Legislative Code provides that appointments
to the Mileage Committee are made by the Mayor and ratified by
Council action.
Inasmuch as the resignation of Mr. Louis McKenna has
created a vacancy on the Car Mileage Committee, we are calling this
matter to your attention so that you may appoint a successor i£ you
so desire.
