WHEREAS, In connection with the acquisition of the proposed
Loeb Lake Park, it was necessary to incur various miscellaneous costs,
said costs being estimated at $Z,000.00, and such action was taken on
Council Resolution No. 245987, which was approved October 21, 1969.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul amend the estimated
cost of this project from $2,000.00 to $20,000•00 and these costs charged
to Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund Code No. 6000, Contract No. L-7234,
and this fund to be reimbursed from C.I.B. Fund 9769-502-001.
