WHERF�S, pursuant to the provisions of the Minnesota �Iunicipal Housing and
Redevelopment Act (Laws of' Niinnesota 1947, Chapter 487, as amended�, the
Authori�y has acquired certain lands as a part of the Concord Terrace Renewal
Project, Minn. R-37, in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan for said project;
and
WHEREAS, the City, by its Resolution Co,uzcil File No. 244g23, required the
Authority to dedicate to the City for street purposes the hereinafter deseribed
real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council, upon the attached
recoimmendation of the Land Committee, does hereby accept the Deed of Dedication to
the following described land lyir�g within the County of Ramsey, State of Minncsota,
described as follows:
Al� that part of Lots �-+ and 5, Block 15 of Bell's :�ddition
that is encompassed by a line that is described as follows:
Commencing at the Nortnwesterly corner of said Lot 5, th°n
South 64°�+5'20" East, along the Northeasterly line of said
Lot 5, for 33.00 feet to the poii7t of beginning of the line
to be described, then continuing South 6�+°45'20" East, along
�he northeasterly line of said Lots �+ and 5, for 52.00 feet,
then South 26°08' T�lest, parallel to the center line of
vacated State Street, for 8.00 feet, then North 64°�+5'20"
West, parallel to the Northeasterly line of Lots 4 and 5,
fcr 52.00 feet, then North 26°08' East for 8.00 feet to the
point of be�inni:�.
AND, BE IT FURTHP�R RES�LVID, That tne said eyecuted deed be forwarded to the
cffice of the Corporation Counsel, for proper recordation, in the office of the

Gentlemen:
The Land Committee has considered and reviewed the proposal of the Hausing
and Redevelopment Authority, dedicating certain streets to the City cf St.
Pau1, within the Concord Terrace Re�zewal Project, Minn. R-37, as indicated
below:
l. Robie - Clinton Streets Connector
2. Winifred Street, per C.F. 2�+�+923, adopted by Council on
JulY 17, 1969•
The subject deeds of dedication have been reviewed by the Department of
Public Works, and have been recommended for approval and submission to the
City Council.
It is therefore the recommendation of the Land Committee that the subject
deeds of dedication be accepted by the City Council and forwarded to the
Office of the Cor�oration Counsel for proper recordation in the Office of
the Register of Deeds.
