becomes the President, retaining his present office of TreasureE but relinquishing

Gentlemen:
Currently the Lamb�s Supper Club, Inc. are holders of
On Sale Liquor License No. 7702, expiring January 31, 1971, at 927
East Seventh Street.
The current officers of record are Raymond J. Ryan,
President; and G. Jerry Murphy, Secretary �nd Treasurer. Messrs.
Ryan and Murp�iy axe both stockholders.
G. Jerry Murphy acquiring the stock held by Mr. Ryan,
Mr. Murrhy becomes the sole-stockholder.
Further, Mr. Ryan resigning from the office of President
G. Jerry Murphy becomes President and remains as Treasurer but
relinquishes the office of Secretaxy.
The new officer, Maxguerite 0. Murphy becomes the
Vice-president and Secretary.
