Contractor for the PARK-MAGNOLIA STORM RELIEF SEWIsR SYSTEM, Project No. 68-5-974,
has been substantislly co�apleted, and
WHBREAS, Said Contractor requests that a portion of the 15� retained under
the contract froa estimates for wnrk done, be paid in advance of the final
co�pletion of the contract, and
WHEREAS, The Co�issioner and Chief Engiaeer of the Department of Fublic
, i Works approve the pa}►�ent at this time of $15,000.00 of the $17,732.51 retained;
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City Officials be and theq are hereby authorized
to peq an esti�ate in the amount of $15,000.00 fro�a the retaiaed percentage of
$17,732.51 to said Contractor; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVSD, That this resolution shall have no force or effect unless
th� sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto in writing and file such
consent with the City Coeptroller.
