Marshall City Clerk Room 386 City Hall Dear Mr. Marshall: This is written in response to the application of Arnold Biagini for a permit to install a 59-car customer parking lot to be used in conjunction with a proposed commercial building to be located on the south side of East Rose Avenue between Clarence Street and the Northern Pacific railroad tracks. This property is further described as: West 30 feet of Lot 5, and all of Lots 6 and 7, and the east 30 feet of Lot 8, Block 2, Kiefer Park. This matter was considered at the January 22, 1970, Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the property is zoned Heavy Industry and that requested revised plans meet required design standards and the recommendations of the Traffic Engineer.
