WH�EAS, Ordinance No. 3250 suthorizes and provides f or
payment f or u�vertime wc�rk, and
WH�&BAS, the Ccmmissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime work in the Water Department during the
period from Feb. ?, 1970 to Feb. 20, 1970: therefore be it '
RffiOLQF,D, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such wertime work in
accordance with the prcrvisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
