WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work and,
WHEREAS, The City Clerk has authorized overtime work
in his department (Bureau of Eiections ) during the period
from February 7 to February 20, 1970s
RESOLVED, That the proper City �fficers are hereby
authorized �o pay the employees who performed such
overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinanc e No. 6L{�}.6 and No. 3250.
