The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby reaolves:
1. That the safd report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recoxnmends is
to recmnatruct the sidewalk o� the eaat side of tiounds �lvd. fr� Cherry St, to
P1� St. snd bq doing all other work which is neces�ary and iaci�e�tal to coaplete
said iaprovea�at, except �hnre goed a�d sufficient poared sidewalks nvw sxist. '

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 25th day of
March� 1970 , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the CounciT Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the�City of St. Paul. That tl�e Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, a�ating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the totai oost thereof as estimated.
